My approach is always consultation-first, with a focus on creating hair that feels elevated, wearable, and realistic for your lifestyle and maintenance preferences. Cancellation Policy
To ensure I can provide the best experience for every client, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service total. No-show appointments may also be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled depending on the services booked and the time remaining. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, it may be considered a late cancellation and the applicable fee may apply.
Cancellation and no-show fees are not applied as a credit toward a future appointment.
These policies are in place because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and last-minute changes can be difficult to fill. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients.
